The Calgary Academy Board of Directors develops policies that are visionary, aspirational, and fiduciary directions for the three organizations of Calgary Academy, Headwater Learning Foundation (HLF), and Headwater Learning Solutions (HLS) – otherwise known as the Headwater Learning Group (HLG).

This policy articulates the values of the Headwater Learning Group. The Board expects that these values shall live in all decision-making of the organizations.

The purpose of this policy is to outline expectations of exemplary standards of business conduct to be adhered to and modelled by all staff, directors, and service providers.
