First-year teachers, and new to CA teachers are partnered with a mentor to ensure a successful start to their career with us. This includes specialized monthly training sessions from instructional experts and ongoing professional learning sessions. New teachers and mentors learn from one another while promoting a collaborative school culture and a common knowledge base.
