Philanthropy
At Calgary Academy, we believe that philanthropy is more than just giving—it’s about building a community of care, collaboration, generosity and lasting impact.
Calgary Academy Society is a registered charity #10683 1209 RR0001
In 2022, Calgary Academy embarked on a transformative philanthropy journey.
Through strategic initiatives, community engagement and a shared vision for the future, we are building a sustainable foundation for change. A strong culture of philanthropy leads to transformative and lasting impact for today’s students and generations to come.
While tuition at our school covers day-to-day operations, funding for much-needed campus improvements, enhanced programming, equipment, technology, and bursaries requires independent funding.
Join us as we shape a brighter tomorrow—one act of generosity at a time. With your support, our possibilities are endless!
Donate to the 2024-2025 Annual Fund
Contributing to Calgary Academy’s Annual Giving campaign is the first and most important gift we ask of every parent, grandparent, alumni, family member, teacher, staff member, and friend. Whether you can give a little or a lot, what matters is that you give.
This year, we’re excited to announce another a challenge gift with from the Pidskalny/Robertson family—all donations, regardless of size, up to $25,000, will be matched dollar for dollar.
Our school has also worked with Rogers Birdies for Kids, presented by AltaLink, to help further your impact in past years.
Watch our video and visit our Annual Fund donation page to learn more about this year’s campaign and how you can be a part of what comes next!
Calgary Academy | Thank You to Our Donors 2023–2024
At Calgary Academy, the generosity of our donors has had a profound impact on our students, opening doors to new opportunities in foods and culinary arts, drama, music, science, Knights Athletics, and more.
Contributions to our Annual Fund Campaign help us create spaces where students can grow, learn, and thrive. Thank you to our donors for making a lasting difference by enriching our athletics, arts and academic programs, supporting bursaries and scholarships, and enhancing our facilities.
Calgary Academy has once again been selected as a charity of choice for Rogers Birdies for Kids presented by AltaLink, a non-profit program under the Calgary Shaw Charity Classic Foundation. This program is designed to help raise new funds for local charities, engage the community in the tournament, and provide matching funds for each charity involved.
This initiative has become a cornerstone of Calgary Academy’s fundraising efforts, allowing us to make significant strides in enhancing the educational experience for our students year after year.
This year, funds raised will support a dynamic Speaker Series that brings expert voices to our classrooms, sparking curiosity and inspiring both students and teachers. The series will focus on relevant topics such as mental health, resiliency, digital citizenship, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), equipping our entire school community with the tools to thrive in school and beyond.
