We’ll be in touch.

The Admissions Committee will take all your child’s learning needs and history into consideration to determine an appropriate program placement. If an offer of admission is extended, or if a placement cannot be offered, you will be informed by a member of the Admissions Team.

Getting to know your child.

Following completion of the online application and receipt of the admissions deposit, the Admissions Committee will review your child’s educational history and other relevant documents to determine eligibility to the Academy or Collegiate program. If we believe our school is the best option for your child’s success, a Student Needs Assessment is conducted. During this informal meeting, your child will meet one-on-one with a member of the Admissions Team, allowing us to get to know your child and gain a deeper understanding of their current academic performance and school needs. Your child will receive a personalized tour (dependent on the time of year) of our facilities. Please note that scheduling a Student Needs Assessment does not guarantee placement at our school. Once a Student Needs Assessment is complete, a final review is conducted with the Admissions Committee and you would then be notified of the next steps.

Apply online.

All of the necessary documents required to complete an application are provided and viewable in your online application portal checklist after you have submitted an application. To complete the admissions application, students in Grades 2 - 12 that are ideal candidates for the Academy program must provide the results of a Psychoeducational Assessment that is no more than 18 months old. Should it be determined that a child in the Collegiate Program requires classroom or exam accommodations, parents will be notified to submit the results of a Psychoeducational Assessment (this assessment should be no more than 18 months old).

We hold parent/guardian tours each month and would love to meet you. Our tours include an overview of our programs and the chance to see our work in action. You’ll meet some of our students, a variety of staff, and get to peek into some classrooms.
